PlayerUnknown's BattleGround Mobile has five different classic maps and four arena training maps. A total of 9 different maps can be found in PUBG Mobile that are of different size (km), have specific loot locations, have different strategies to play game and needs separated case study for each. Introduction:
PUBG comes for PC, Mobile, and Mobile Lite. It is also released for other game stations. All of these release of PUBG have different maps in them. Today, in this article, we will have a look at the maps inside PUBG Mobile only.

Starting off, Map is the image that shows the playable area in a particular match. It gives the players a guide on where the specific buildings, loot areas, drop locations are available. Also, it makes players easy to communicate with each other since, they can set a mark on the map that is visible to their teammates.

All the five classic maps in the game, namely Erangel, Miramar (often called MadMiramar), Sanhok and Vikendi, provide you different terrains to play in.

Erangel provides open grasslands, buildings and tall mountains. Miramar provides desert lands, high and low mountains and cities. Sanhok, also known as the Jungle Map provides you Forest experience with some man cities. Vikendi, the snow map, provides you the adventure on the snow.

Moreover, there is a much smaller classic map that resembles the terrains of all these four maps. And lets you experience open grasslands, higher and lower mountains, desert land, dense bushes, and snow land. This is the new map, called the Nordic Map 'LIVIK'.

PUBG Mobile Map Selection
To access Map selection in PUBG Mobile, you can follow these mentioned steps:
  • Log in to PUBG Mobile.
  • On the bottom left corner, you will see a message of a map selected.
  • Click on 'Select Mode'.
  • Once you click, you will be allowed to choose through various modes and the maps that PUBG Mobile has to offer at particular seasons.
  • Select a map and then click OK.

Here are our suggestions to follow the maps, according to your gameplay.

If you try full passive gameplay, with little vehicle driving in the between. Also, you want more loot though you might not get kills. Simply, you want to reach Ace with Zero KD. Erangel or Miramar is the best map for you.

You want to challenge yourself by dropping into the most dense drop location in PUBG Mobile, you can choose Sanhok map and drop in BootCamp where almost half of the server drops down.

If you want to enjoy the game taking some kills in between. You can go for Vikendi.

If you want to rush and play and kill and reach higher tier or you want to increase your KD, you can play any of these maps. But, we suggest LIVIK.

So, Map Selection in PUBG Mobile entirely depends on your gameplay. Players might either prefer survival rating or kill rating. Depending on your strategy and calculations, you can play any of the above.

Since all five maps have their separate terrains, the strategy or approach of teams in every matches will be different. Let us tell you as a whole. Drop down in your favorite drop location where nobody can contest you. Even if someone thinks to, you must be easily able to defeat them. Then, grab the loots. Kill the enemies.

For rotation, hear the guns sound, if you hear any, avoid rotating from that place. Take either full left or full right rotation. If you are surrounded from every places, try clearing one place first.
In the last circle, be patient and wait for the enemies to come towards you.
