PUBG Mobile India is officially called Battleground Mobile India, Krafton announced on Thursday. To recall, PUBG Mobile India was announced back in November, but the game's release met with several delays due to the government's ban on Chinese apps. In an attempt to rid the PUBG image, the game will now be called Battlegrounds Mobile India, and Krafton has revealed a few key details about the game Battlegrounds Mobile India pre-registration in India will go live before lanch, krafton has said. However, there is no word yet on when that will happen as the game's launch date is yet to be revealed.

STORY OUTLINE

PUBG developer Krafton has not set a timeline for the launch of the mobile multiplayer game in the country.

In September last year was banned along with other Chinese apps after a prolonged border standoff between the neighbors.

PUBG's Battleground Mobile India faces competition in the esports segment from gaming titles like Sea's  Garena Free Fire, Activision Blizzard's Call of Duty: Mobile, and SuperCell's Clash of clans.
