Gather this information of all of your squad members then go to step number 2.
Step 2: Head towards the registration page by clicking this link.
Step 3: By following step 2, you will land on to the official landing page of PMNC Nepal. Click on the Registration button as shown in the following image.

Step 5: Check all the terms of service, conditions, and others. Make sure to read them carefully before checking. Then, click submit.
