PUBG Mobile Professional League 2020 (Fall Split) : South Asia
The PUBG Mobile Professional League South Asia 2020 is the regional tournament amongst the Bangladesh, Nepalese and Pakistan competitive esports team. Certain number of teams from this league will qualify for the PMGC 2020 Season Zero. A total of 20 teams will battle against one another in two stages: league stage and grand finals for about a month. No more information have been public about this tournament yet.

Overview:
- No Indians teams will be playing PMPL
- SA following the ban of PUBG Mobile in India. All qualified Indian teams have been disallowed from participating.
- PMPL SA will be played in two stages: group stage and grand finals.
- 2 teams from League Finals will qualify for the PMGC 2020.

Out of the 20 teams who qualified for the PMPL South Asia Season 2, only 16 teams move forwards to the League Finals. Four teams from Group A, B, C and D get eliminated. Team DeadEyes Guy become the winner of PMPL SA League Stage.

All participating 20 teams have been divided into five groups, each consisting of 4 teams. At the end of the league stage, top 3 teams from each group will qualify for the PMPL finals. The bottom teams from each groups will be knocked out.

Point System:
The point system for the official PUBG Mobile Global Tournaments have changed after the completion of PUBG Mobile World League Divisions. This was announced on August 10, 2020 by the PUBG Mobile Esports via their blog.

Qualification:
The teams from South Asia, excluding India can qualify for PMPL SA 2020.
Due to the ban of PUBG Mobile in India, the qualification format has changed a lot. Previously, only four slots were allowed from the PMCO SA and only two slots were allowed from the PMCO Pakistan.
As the 14 slots of Indian teams have now been vacant. The opportunities for the Nepal Bangladesh and Pakistan teams have increased.
As a result, top 15 teams from the PMCO South Asia Regional Finals and top 5 teams from the PUBG Mobile Club Open Pakistan have been invited for the PMPL SA 2020.

Introduction:
PUBG Mobile Professional League is one step ahead of PUBG Mobile Gaming Esports. It is one of the tier 1 tournament for PUBGM Esports Seeds. The league stages of this tournament started off on October 18, 2020.
PMPL occurs every year twice in Fall and Split Season. Certain number of teams from the PMPL 2020, will qualify for the PMGC 2020.

The number of teams that will qualify is expected to be top 4. However, after the ban of PUBG in India, this number might be decreased and could be seen an increase from the participating teams from other regions.
