Also, the top 3 teams will receive a slot in the PMPL South Asia 2021 Spring Split. Carnage Esports, PN Crew, and GRxHighVoltage has qualified for the PMPL South Asia Season 3.

- At the end of Day 3, Carnage Esports (CNE) (204 points) crosses the 200 points milestone and maintains its first position in overall standings. High Voltage (114 points) steps up and secures the second position where PN Crew holds the third position with 108 total points.
